Sign Project Installation by Creative Signs Creative Signs has worked on several new contraction projects in the northeast Oregon - southeast Washington area. Schools, apartments, health centers need interior door signs, exterior dimensional characters, parking signs, etc. as they go through the construction process. The staff at Creative Signs can work through the bid/submittal process, shop drawings, installation and submitting final Operating and Maintenance documentation. There are several projects that Creative Signs has been part of and below are the projects photo gallery to show our experience level. Some projects have been simple to the complex. Most have been a great experience to be a part for our company. Whether it be new construction or remodels - we can provide a high quality sign package to ensure your building is professional and well marked.

There are a variety of different sign types that can be provided for large and small projects.

Installation can be part of the sign package and allow for the General Contractor to have less worry and stress as they finish up a project. Creative Signs can bring the sign and do the install to the specifications of the project team.

Sign Projects for New Construction

Creative Signs has had the privilege of participating in several projects where we provided the sign package for the newly constructed building or elements of a remodel. We are licensed and bonded to work on these projects meeting the several requirements for insurance, prevailing wages and other necessary requirements. The sign package is formulated, produced and installed to create a full service contract. We strive to work seamlessly with the on-site Superintendent as well as office staff.

Interior Door Signs

Interior door panel signs at the Aspen Springs Project by Creative Signs Interior door panel signs are one of the most basic sign types for any project. Navigating the building and knowing the rooms and their function is critical for most projects. Interior door signs can come in a variety of features. Typically the architect determines the features of the signs, colors, size and style. Shop drawings are provided along with a sign schedule for review. We will use a variety of manufacturers for these signs – Inpro Corporation, Best Sign Systems and others as specified by the architect.

The sign shown in the photo here was created for the Aspen Springs Psychiatric Hospital Project. This sign had several unique features and colors. Some signs simply had the room name while others had sliders and an insert area for names of the room occupant. Thus, these signs are highly customized to the project requirements.

Dimensional Lettering

Dimensional letters at Aspen Springs Project by Creative Signs Another common feature to most new construction projects and even remodels is the use of dimensional lettering. Monument signs using dimensional letters and graphics make for a very nice capstone to the project. Dimensional letters are typically made of metal and either cut or cast aluminum into the letter style and finished with paint or clear. Creative Signs can set up the artwork and once approved will have the lettering created by Gemini Sign Products. We can also install the lettering and have done so on many projects.

Bronze Plaques

Bronze Plaque at Sherwood Heights Elementary School by Creative Signs Bronze Plaques are a classic sign type for many projects. Commemorate the dedication of the building and those that played an important part of the project. Again, bronze plaques can either be a machined cut or cast aluminum. Simple text or more complex graphics can be part of the plaque. Bronze plaques will last a long time and can help to give an added d touch of history as the project is completed. We can create the artwork and once approved will have Gemini Sign Products manufacture the plaque. We can install the plaque and have done several installs for the projects we have been a part.
